I don’t normally comment on qsl cards, but this one deserves mention, its an SWL report from a Russian Short Wave Listener with a very accurate report from a CW QSO i had with Ton PA1CC on 15m tonight. You don’t see a lot of SWL reports, but they are really nice when you do get them.
